About Our Founder
Shantoi Rumble
CEO
Shantoi Rumble is the CEO of Rumble Realty Investments. In the earliest part of her career, she provided services to the education sector by being a special education teacher. Though Shantoi loved her role as a professional that fostered the growth of future upstanding citizens, her inner entrepreneurship brought her to real estate. In recent years, she has made her primary focus in real estate to be a multi-family syndicator and investor.
Growing up in Jamaica and then migrating to New York City early, Shantoi has experienced first-hand struggle. As a result, she has sought ways to help others improve their quality of life. Her mission at Rumble Realty Investments is to provide her partners with safe, transparent communication and equitable investment opportunities in multi-family properties. Daily, she is building portfolios of commercial investments to provide wealth for her investors. To give an insight, the properties in the portfolios are distressed in B+ to C areas in emerging markets that she plans to transform into profitable multi-family properties. Shantoi utilizes her thorough underwriting and analytical skills to source these properties to save her valuable partners/investors time and provide peace of mind when investing.
